SEASONAL CAMPING

Partial Sewer:    $2,400.00

Sewer:              $2,600.00

*Rates based on 2 adults and their children or grandchildren under 6 years old per lot. Each child age 6-17, add $15; Each additional adult, add $50.

(Maximum of 8 people per lot).

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

                     March 1            June 1    

Water/pump:   $1,300              $700

Water/sewer:   $1,300              $900

($400 deposit paid in the fall of 2023 already deducted)

Late fee for each installment:

$50 on the 2nd, and $2 per day thereafter

GUESTS

$4.00 per day or $100 season pass

Daily guests must leave the park by 10:30 p.m.

Rates apply to all guests age 6 and over.

MISC. CHARGES

Firewood:  Wagon                      $10

                   Tractor Bucket         $30

Lawn care for season               $200

Mow/trim lawn on request        $25

Emergency pump-out                $25

Camper level/sewer hookup      $50/hr. + materials

(camper moving is no charge)

Personal boat fees: 

Boat/canoe/paddleboat                    $50

Kayak/paddleboard                           $25

*Fees are due whether stored in boat area or on your lot.

Winter Camper Storage                 $150

*Due October 15th

SEASONAL DEPOSIT

A non-refundable $500 deposit for the following camping season must be received on or before October 15th of the current season. A late fee of $50 will be charged for all deposits received after October 15th, and $2 per day thereafter.
